At Book Grocer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
